Shipping Policy
All items are carefully packaged and shipped through the United States Postal Service with tracking information. Shipping rates vary per item and have been carefully calculated by weight with the United States Postal Service's listed rates.
Items are shipped between 1-3 business days of purchase. Domestic shipments are sent take about 5-7 business days. If you'd like a speedier delivery please let us know beforehand and we can make arrangements.
Return & Exchange Policy
VINTAGE:
All items are only eligible for STORE CREDIT with the exception of those items listed as FINAL SALE. Please read all of the shop policies and thoroughly read the listing descriptions before purchase. Contact us anytime with questions and you will receive a quick response. STORE CREDIT will be given for the amount of the item excluding shipping costs.
Item must be returned in the condition it was sent within 30 DAYS from the delivery date. Please notify us before sending the item back. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Credit will be given to the customer in the form of an emailed gift card and must be used within 60 days by the original purchase.
FINAL SALE on all items purchased on sale or during a promotional sale. These items are final and cannot be returned for store credit, exchange, or refunds. SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, and BODY CARE products are always FINAL SALE. REQUIRED - You must notify us prior to shipping back a return so we can expect the arriving package and provide you with the return address.
STYLING:
If you need to cancel for a styling gig, the deposit is non-refundable. The moment I am booked, I start sourcing for the shoot in hopes of making it the best possible experience for the crew the day-of. I apologize for any inconvenience this might bring. TAROT/METAPHYSICAL:
If you need to cancel a tarot reading, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to re-schedule please contact us with inquiries
